Each new morning light brings new mercies from God and with it, hope. We have the choice to make, to be energised to do what matters most for each day.

May we not let the past shape or define the future, and what we are capable of doing today from the great potential that God has given us ; and cut off any weights  or negative associations that drag us down.

God gives us the power of the will and choice to decide to DO  what MATTERS, each DAY.

The choice rest with us TODAY.  May God help us act wisely.

Choices have great power; for with it and for from it, our destiny is directed and decided. This is the power that God has entrusted to man; to take responsibilities  for the choices that we make.

God gave mankind the power of choice and none should force others to accept the freedom of choice in relation to the choice of belief in God or otherwise, because this is the inalienable rights that God gave humankind.

However with the choice that we take, it will lead to lead to two entirely different eternal destinations; according to the Word of God. AND this choice is ours to make in the final analysis.

A free mind is a mind that is open to everything and consider everything and accepts facts and truths when it is presented with it. For instance, for a “2 + 2” maths question,  there’s  only one correct answer, that is 4 and not 22,  or other numbers. This can be proven when we add two apples and two apples together, the answer is 4 apples and we can count them as evidence.  When we insist that ‘2 + 2’ is 22 (or other answers)  then we are no longer open to the truth, regardless of the evidence;  for that we are not free, because we do not want to know the truth.

Jesus said in John 8:32 “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

Every moment is a precious moment; as once it passed-by, it will not come through our paths again.

May we forget about yesterday’s wasted time and give attention and act on good choices NOW and work on the good that we can aaccomplish today.

We need the wisdom from above to utilise well and be aware of this most precious gift of  time that God gives us.

It is precious privilege to be alive and well and we thank God for the gift of choice of starting again, to write and fill the page of a brand new day as each day, is a new beginning …as long as we are still in the flesh, on planet earth.

Embracing truths liberates us and prevents us from being deceived.

Truth  is always consistent and can stand by itself and welcomes all sincere questions and never losses ground through the most rigorous inquiries. Facts stand with truths. With the truth, all given facts harmonise.

May we make a commitment to plan and act on priority and  grow daily. A New Year that gives us the strength and courage to change for the better.  A Desire changes nothing.  A Decision and Determination changes Everything… positively with God’s help.

Right actions are powerful and this comes with the choice we take. Actions do define us. The reality is that, by taking the right actions, even small ones, will have a compounding effect to carry us forward.

We need to remind our selves that incrementally or significantly be better in our daily actions, will get us further than a standstill.

We have to take action and it is good to make a start now. Be pleased with the level we are at right now and do trust that as we take the right actions, we will gravitate consistently to, develop and grow into the greatness that God wants us to be and reach for the great

potential that God has built into us – humans and to glorify our

Creator who is forever praised.

Cut-off the past failures, mistakes, opinions of and people who are still shackled to the past of us as we don’t live in their manacles of their images of us anymore; for the past is no more and the new has come – a long time since. The past is not the future – under no circumstances, let them be a weight that weighs us down, for they do not belong in our lives. We are now a new person – don’t go back to the days of yore for we were a vastly different person then.

We need to learn what we can from the past but it had to be placed in perspective let it be a learning experience – do not let it imprisons us. We must not let the negative pasts have the power over us or the future. Let the painful memories go, let them be written in the sand so that they can be easily erased from our memories and remember them no more. Bring the past only if we are going to build from it. Don’t look back because we are not going to go that way again. Release the past, stand firmly in the present, step confidently into the future, with God’s help.

Our life is like a book. Some of the characters who “entered” have passing roles to play, others, much lengthier. But all are “de rigueur”, else they wouldn’t be in the story-line, under the watchful eyes of God. Welcome them all, and move on to the next chapter which God countenances us to be the author and empowers us to write new chapters afresh.

Let us appreciate and revel-in working and living in the present. Let us take the right choices and actions now and going forward too into the future.

Blessed 2016 ! May this be a great year, with significant and wonderful accomplishments – with God’s help.

Jan 1, 2016 – a Brand New Year ahead of us. May we accomplish much for what we intend to do for this year – with God’s help. People sometimes feel guilty about an accomplishment or having a good time. This need not be so. We can be pleased with our accomplishments – when God is pleased with it, just as God was pleased with His work.

God said through His revealed Word in Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:26

“And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.” Genesis 1:31

We thank God for His rescue plan (see ***) and that’s why we have the great hope today, JANUARY 1, 2016

***The 2015 Christmas day has come and gone. However, take heart, God’s rescue plan, which came in the fullness of time, on the 1st Christmas for humanity is never ‘gone’  and is still available anytime to all who wants to partake of it.  [Let’s go back to the  Chile’s 2010 33 miners incident. Click here –> 33 Chilean miners_2010 They waited and waited for that rescue and when it arrived, all accepted the opportunity to be saved from that deep underground prison – one may refuse though if that’s what one wanted.] God has provided the way for us (and one may choose to refuse the way though).
